She is married to Kevin and has two adult children (Elyssia and Dalton) and eight grandkids. She loves spending time with friends and family, entertaining, golfing, traveling, and boating on the lake.
Melissa lives on Old HIckory Lake and specializes in lake area properties and all aspects of the various rules and regulations involved with the Corp of Engineers. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams.

Kevin was born and raised in a small farm town in Northern Illinois called Morrison. He went on to college at Northern Illinois University and majored in Operations Management and Information Technology (IT). Kevin moved to Nashville in the early 90s and has worked 30+ plus years in various corporate IT and manufacturing operations roles before joining Melissa in the real estate business in 2020. Kevin now serves in a client support role.
Kevin enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, boating on the lake, and a good bourbon and cigar :)
